Scenic will waive all cancellation fees with the value of the booking applied as a FCC and will review the timing for the full payment when re-booking.

Your Future Cruise Credit will, most likely, only be redeemable towards a new cruise fare and is issued in lieu of a refund, however, some Cruise Lines have given customers the option to receive an onboard spend credit in lieu of a refund. The onboard credit can be spent when onboard the cruise and cannot be used towards paying the cruise fare. On the other hand, a future cruise program is a way to secure a future cruise booking whilst onboard taking advantage of a great deal. This will either cover the cost of the fare or be issued in the form of an open certificate similar to the Future Cruise Credit.

Future Cruise Credits are usually brand specific. In other words, if you booked a cruise on brand A, your Future Cruise Credit is only available to use with Brand A, not other Cruise Lines nor other ships under the same corporate umbrella.

The Future Cruise Creditcannot be used to satisfy the deposit required by most Cruise Lines. There will need to be new deposit money paid towards the booking to satisfy the amount of the deposit and then the Future Cruise Creditwill be applied towards the balance of the cruise fare costs.

Sorry, at this time there Future Cruise Credits are not stackable and can only be redeemed towards a single guests' cruise booking.

Normally, if the new cruise fare is lower than the Future Cruise Credit value, a new Future Cruise Credit will be issued for the balance, which can be applied toward an additional cruise, however, this differs per Cruise Line.

The Future Cruise Credit goes to each individual guest on the reservation based on the breakdown of charges per guest.

Absolutely, however, Scenic may allow you to pay the cruise deposit with a personal credit card while awaiting the delivery of your Future Cruise Credit, and upon redemption of the Future Cruise Credit, the value of the credit will be applied to the cruise fare owed, while the deposit paid via credit card will then be reallocated. Other Cruise Lines either will not take a deposit and then allocate part of the Future Cruise Credit towards that sum.
