Cruise highlights

Cruise Western Africa

Your adventure begins in captivating Cape Town, as we set sail for Namibia’s Walvis Bay. An overnight stay here gives you plenty of time to venture inland for a bucket-list-worthy safari. Next is Luderitz, another hidden gem along the Namibian Coast that boasts stunning beaches and bountiful seafood.

From here, visit the animal sanctuary of Addo Elephant National Park—home to the densest elephant population in the world—when we call on Port Elizabeth. Next, an overnight stay in Richards Bay allows plenty of time for a safari through Hluhluwe-Imfolozi Park. In the historic city of Durban, go on a tour of traditional Zulu homesteads, meander along the famed Golden Mile. Take the next two days to savor delicious dining at our onboard specialty restaurants, then spend the following day relaxing on beaches in the sunny harbor town of Mossel Bay. Your Azamara cruise concludes back in Cape Town for an overnight stay.
