Redeeming your FCC and the ‘need to know’
- FCCs must be redeemed by 30 April 2022.
- Global suspension FCCs can be used against a new booking for a sailing that commences on or before 31 December 2022, or at least one year from the original sailing date whichever is the latest.
- FCCs can be used towards an existing booking, provided the booking hasn’t yet been paid in full.
- The value can be used as a deposit on a new booking or if the deposit has already been paid, can be deducted from the Cruise Fare left to pay.
- FCCs can only be deducted from the Cruise Fare portions of a booking.
- If the Cruise Fare of the booking exceeds the value of the FCC, you will be responsible for paying the difference.
- If the Cruise Fare portions are lower than the FCC value, a new FCC will be issued for the balance remaining. Alternatively, you can look at a higher-grade stateroom to use the full value.
- Multiple FCCs may be applied per guest within the same reservation.
